This policy describes how the Billswarm marketing website at billswarm.com handles information. The site is operated by Creosote LLC, doing business as Billswarm. This policy does not govern the Billswarm billing application, which is deployed into each customer firm’s own environment and covered by the customer agreement signed with your firm.

When you visit billswarm.com, our hosting provider (Vercel) receives standard server-log information: IP address, user-agent string, requested path, timestamp, and HTTP referrer. Vercel uses that information to serve the page and block abuse. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts aggregate page views without cross-site tracking. We do not set cookies or load advertising pixels.

If you email a Billswarm address, for example austin.eisenman@billswarm.com, we retain your message in our email system so we can respond and follow up. We will not add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent.

The marketing site uses Vercel for hosting. That is the complete list. We do not share visitor information with third parties.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise them, email austin.eisenman@billswarm.com. We respond within 30 days.

We do not sell or share personal information. The only categories we collect on this site are standard server-log data, as described above.

The marketing site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

When we update this policy we will change the effective date at the top. If we make a material change, we will add a change summary below this section.
